Excel uses a copy of your imported original workbook when available, preserving its other sheets and styling; it does not overwrite the original file. Excel formulas recalculate when opened in Excel.

Backup & settings

Financial records are encrypted before being written to this iPhone's browser-managed storage. An exported backup stored in Files protects you if iOS removes app storage.

Import is read-only for the selected Excel file. Valid existing transactions are merged without deleting local entries; duplicate matches are skipped. Backup before any import.

Offline guide

First installation: Open this app's HTTPS site in Safari, then Add to Home Screen. Open while online once to cache the app.

Offline check: After setup, turn on Airplane Mode, fully close the app, relaunch it, and try a test transaction, PDF report, and encrypted backup.

Import: Settings → choose your original Finance_LIVE_Main.xlsx → Import. The original file stays unchanged.

Restore: Select the encrypted backup in Settings or on the unlock screen. You need the password that protected it.

Excel reports: Import an original workbook to preserve its other sheets; the app will export a new copy including local updates. The workbook supports up to 1,000 transaction rows.

Security: This test build does not use Microsoft, Cloudflare APIs, analytics, or outside libraries. It cannot provide real Face ID authentication; use its local password.
